You could divide guys up into who their main teenage fantasy was about -- Linda vs. Grace vs. Janis.

First time I heard Linda Ronstdat sing with the Stone Ponies I had been listenintg to a lot of music and could discern good music.

I remember exactly where I was and she blew my mind-lol. Boy was she a natural-lol. Great songs too.

She was real young and real raw and powerful. She and Grace slick sang music you could definately trip out on-lol.

Jefferson Airplane's first two Albums announced to the world a new powerful reality was making the scene-lol.

But there was a lot of good music becasue people were really experimenting with everything. Creativity was wide open.

Jimi Hendrix, Buffalo Springfield, Traffic, Velvet Underground, The Who, Pink floyd, Yardbirds, Kinks, Beetles, doors, Charlie Musselwhite and Paul Butterfield, Sandy Bull (genius, died young (smack head), Country Joe and the fish.

For a while these guys were sort of our life-lol.

Boy, did I love those albums.
