Orca, you are really confused. Hard and intelligent work pays off. It does not take that much to be in the top bracket, and if one is not, they certainly are not supporting their family as well as they should. There is no excuse for not being in the top bracket, yet spending the days posting. You have your priorities all screwed up. Stop posting and get to work! In the meantime we have to carry you with your subsidized tax bracket. To be in the top bracket, you need to accept "gifts" and bribes, hush money, homes, boats and prostitutes. Or operate illegal scams like Enron. Or have monopoly-like businesses like Microsoft, Exxon and Marlboro. Defense businesses are doing well. I'm more than happy to be a middle class lunk working for a living and supporting my family. I pay my fair share of taxes, so shove it.
