Why lie about Joe Wilson? Wilson stood up and told the truth. Wilson was the courageous last man out of Baghdad who stood up to Saddam personaly and got the hostages released before the Gulf War began. Bush Sr. calls Wilson a true American hero. And Wilson is not some partisan type. He gave Bush-CHeney $2000 and voted for Bush's father twice. But of course the evil RNC smear division put out dozens of lies about Wilson, including the lie that his wife Valerie was not really covert at all, and had outed herself by saying her name. But did she ever tell anyhone her true job, including her family and neighbors? No. No one knew except her husband the the CIA. And this is why the CIA insisted on Fitzgerald, because one of their own was betrayed by the Whiten House, and a very important covert agent at that. Just like the smearvets campaign, every single lie the RNC put out about Wilson turned out to be just that, and Bush-Cheney-Rove-Libby are guilty of outing a CIA WMD secret agent during war-time, which is treason.
