Kerry's evidence is damning to all rightwingers who repeated those lies. It is further proof that we cannot believe a thing Bushies say, and that includes all the Hannity, Bozell, Limbaugh, Malkin, COulter type bozos. They are serial liars pimping for greedy dishonest special interests. Why did Kerry only find these photos now? I don't know. Maybe they were just found. Kerry did not take them himself. BTW: I hope Kerry does sue all rightwingers who have repeated these lies. For a billion dollars. He'd win. And that would teach future wannabe smear jockeys a lesson. But the reality of a libel suit is not what it should be. The burden of proof of being "materially damaged" falls on the plaintiff. And did the smearvets lies cost Kerry the election? Impossible to prove one way or another.
