Dont be ridiculous. Far as I am concerned ANYONE with the gumption and brains to achieve that OUGHT to be gladly accepted as a citizen, sadly, it doesnt work that way here, we got Haitians floating over on rafts who are welcome and PHD's who are turned away. I am talking about the GRUNTS the LITTLE PEOPLE that we need also to support our lifestyle. They are never gonna achieve those goals, wouldnt matter if you gave them total free education, but we need them JUST THE SAME. I am saying we have to realize that and come up with a program that allows them to do perform their duty to keep our pampered asses pampered. jdn
