Bush illegally avoods the FISA courts, that's very clear.
That's breaking the law and it's also unconstitutional.
No excuse whatsoever to ignore the FISA laws or privacy laws.

Why do you give the White House a pass for ignoring these very important laws which was carefully set up to limit abuses of power? If Bush was really concerned about terrorism, he could easily get 1000 FISA warrants within the 72 hours required. So what excuse do you have?

Would you also condone murder, robbery and blackmail in the name of "national security"? Why is this different?

Time to stop condoning outlaw behavior by a renegade presdient who is out of control.

Also, no evidence Bush has caught a single terrorist this way, and the illegal spying campaign is the biggest in world history.
