Regarding first nations issues, Canada has its own version of Apartheid in handling the issue. We have separate laws for people of colour, a reddish brown colour. Canada will continue to have problems until we declare that all Canadians are equal, and not that some are more equal than others.

I feel that your comment waxes abjectus apatheia. Harper ran into the same powerful hierarchy you. I am impressed with his true grit. Time we started to hang the losers. Hitler did just that. There are some things that one should not do at 60. Starting a Political Career is one of them. Speaking of losers, I heard on 1010 cfrb a list of people the RCMP has investigated, and destroyed, only to find out they did nothing wrong. Part of the problem is of course the press who decides guilt before charges are even laid, but part of it is the ineptness of the RCMP, who take way too long to find out almost nothing.
