According to the NYT he recently released all his records by signing the form 180.

Kerry sure got his nuts in a wringer when he made his military career the central part of his campaign. Didn't matter though Rove/Bush did it to McCain, Cleland and now Murtha too. I don't recall McCain boasting of his military career.

Rove/Bush do what ever dirty trick they need to do to win. Winning at all costs.

Maybe Kerry will sue, but more likely he will fight a much higher level battle against Bush and the rightwing cheating, lying and corruption machine, including big oil.

Rove is about to be indicted, Delay already is and those were the smearvets two biggest supporters.
