Nope. It happened as a result of an elaborate planning and a huge self sacrificial effort on the part of the Al Qaeda organisation. An Arab shows up at a US flight school wanting to learn how to fly a passenger jet, but is not interested in take-off or landings. This is brought to the attention of the FBI, who does nothing. Now: A) You claim said moron Arab, who's actions amount to a sign in bold letters taped to his forehead saying TERRORIST WANNA BE is acting as the result of "elaborate planning"... LOL! They were clowns. B) You claim it is no easy task to defend against such clowns. BS. Heads should have rolled for 9/11 just as Brownie went for Katrina. As I stated before, only the specter of a foreign enemy allows a figleaf. If we were up against German or Israel terrorists you would have a point. I would not want that situation. Even the Iraqi insurgents are pretty incompetent, especially given their willingness to die. They only get <3 Americans per day. Thats a joke when you have some many willing to die to accomplish it.
