"Smaller homes, less discretionary travel, more efficient vehicles, etc."

I'd like to see tax incentives for behaviors we want. I'd like to see a tax credit for folks who walk or bike to work, for example. There are ways to get people to act better. Might as well use them. I don't like sticks very much- but I'm all for carrots.

How about Nuclear fuel. It is cleaner more efficient and the only reason from my experience is that is has not been used are 3 miles island and Chernobyl...

However, is one believes as I do that we learn from mistakes it might be the way to go. President Bush mentioned it as something he favors.
