You use nonsensical labels to justify torture and detention without even indictment and then you blast the government for trying to follow the rules? And you're willing to just set people free who have NO QUALMS about blowing themselves up in order to kill civilians!!!! What's wrong with YOU??!! Your attitudes are so un-American that they're unrecognizable. And if we have your attitude, we'll have no America to recognize. You'll permit Al Qai'da trained Jihadists to go free just because you can't prove they ever pulled a trigger. Well, we captured thousands of Germans during WWII and I'll wager we never witnessed them pulling triggers. They must have just been "hanging out in the wrong place" right?? And none of them got a trial. As I stated before, were we to abide by the standards that were COMMON during WWII, these people would be hung/shot as spies and saboteurs. They certainly wouldn't be let free. And before you suggest sending them back to their parent countries, maybe you should think about what awaits them there.. Given a choice, most of those detainees would likely rather stay at Gitmo. Hawk
