This wizard intel the boys had told them they were absolutely certain Zawahiri was in the vehicle but they also believed there were "civilians" with him. Was Zawahiri thumbing his way through Iraq towards Pakistan? Let me see if I've got your story straight now....We have absolute evidence that Zawahiri is in a vehicle. We "know" that he's travelling with civilians ... [I guess because Zawahiri travels with civilians a lot... Maybe he's on vacation. Yeah, that's it! He's on vacation with a tour group!] So the boys pass up the chain that they have absolute evidence that Zawahiri is in a vehicle. Somewhere up the chain, they don't believe them. Right? jttmab
