Yes, the Nokia Scripps Ranch castle-on-the-hill campus is in San Diego's Scripps Northridge Corporate Center adjacent to I-15 at Exit 17 on Scripps Summit Drive off Scripps Poway Parkway. They opened the 188,000-square-foot Building One there in 2000, while the 135,000 square foot Building Two next door was being constructed. Infrastructure means BTS, BSC's. Nokia subsidize the infrastructure with the profits they make in mobile terminals.

That's the stuff QCOM got out long time ago.
