That's a Nobel Prize. Not a Nobel Prize. A soggy ceiling. I have purchased an alarm that will sound if my furnace drip pan starts to gather water. When they replaced my hot water heater, they didn't bring the right size drip pan. I had been out of water for several days and didn't want to wait for them to locate the right size drip pan so I had them install the new water heater without one. That was eleven years ago. Tick, tick, tick. Or maybe drip, drip, drip.
