monitor your HDL and LDL, Lipoprotein A, homocysteine with regular tests every three months. Liver Enzymes as well. A bit of semi-aerobic exercise (5 miles walking in two tranches/day) should raise your HDL.

Keep your eye on the drug Super HDL from Pfizer. If it clinics out good in its latest round it may be on the market within 2 years. I would say it is a preferred course for a few years of artery roto-router work. Sticking with the exercise and healthy diet, no smokee, not too much drinkee would seem to be a good life regimen aussi.
