I don't think democracy should be a 'Catch Me if You Can' game. It should be foolproof so as to truly reflect the will of the people.

I strongly believe that the American people are intelligent enough not to vote for a dodo two times over.

And if majority of the Americans did vote so, then they are getting what they voted for, an America which is held at a very low esteem worldwide, no matter how unpopular Bush is today.
