STM has a comment regarding running Ovonic Universal memory in the 45 or 32 nanometer iterations. They are saying that it is probably the next form of flash memory.

Also in Canada's National Post Energy Conversion Devices are one of 3 companies recommended because they use much less silicon than other solar panel companies. The praise is somewhat faint because they say that these thin film or ribbon technologies only deliver between 7 and 10% efficiency. They do not say that because they actually produce more power in the early and late parts of the day that they actually produce more total power.

Oh well any publicity is better than none. Unless it is totally bad.
