I think our society has bred a generation of people who let celebrities, magazines, and television do their thinking for them. Politicos, primarily those on the left, know this and take advantage of it by capturing those venues.

I don't think people are stupid. I think they are lazy. Too lazy to think about what they are really asking for, and the consequences thereof.

Pick up an issue of People magazine at the doctor's office (because it's not worth paying for), and see the depth of intellect portrayed there. A little cold cream to take off all that makeup and the whole thing would collapse.

Did you see their idea of solving the health care crisis caused by government mandates? They just added another layer of mandates without fixing the root cause. Case closed.
