Fab 38 will start production with at 65nm end 2007. I believe you cannot draw the conclusion just yet that AMD will ramp 45nm at fab 38 first -- I remain undecided about this, and also about the implication that first 45nm production would only occur end 2008.

This slide shows I might well have been right that 45nm will not initially ramp in fab 38 but in fab 36 instead. pc.watch.impress.co.jp
