From Fleck readers:

Fleck:

I Live on Florida's central coast and was talking to a very successful realator yesterday at lunch and she stated that last year at this time there were only five property's on the island for sale at this time last year. She asked me how many did I think were for sale today? She stated over 275! I think the worm has turned! Keep up the good work!

Bill--

Another data point for you. My mother has been very successful in residential real estate in South Florida for 30 years. She says that sales have come to a screeching halt, unlike anything she has ever seen. Buyers are only buying if "they absolutely must", for example, if they have been relocated to the area. Sellers are in complete denial and refuse to lower their listing prices. Simply nothing is moving. Given the height of the mania in South Florida, it would not surprise me in the least to see some of the widest cracks appear there.
