Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD US) slipped 42 cents, or
1.3 percent, to $31.21 and traded as low as $30.90. Intel Corp.'s
only competitor in personal computer microprocessors said in a
statement that it will spend $2.5 billion to increase output from
its two German plants. The money will be used to refit an older
plant with more efficient equipment and expand output at a
facility it opened this year.

Can't really tell from that boilerplate "buy our report" text, but why would anyone continue to use Vista as a negative factor against chip stocks? At this point it will have a huge impract on 2007 semi sales. 2006 is half over already.
