As a matter of fact, he seems to be the exact opposite.

We are about to find out what would happen in the 80's to gold, dollar and the economy if there was no Volcker.

My guess is the 80's would have been much bigger mess than 70's.

And the older Greenspan of Clinton term 2 or Bush Jr didn't seem to be at all like the inflation hawking Greenspan of Bush Sr and term one of Clinton either..
