Sort of like the Wal Mart effect or Southwest Airlines hedging oil prices.

Walmart effect - I was riding through hudson fla today through a new development - new york avenue - every house was an EXACT clone of the other - same color, same design, same landscaping - unbelievable - people I was riding with said they would NEVER live in a community like that - it was all the SAME and no diversity - they shop at walmart religiously however - strange. I ask them splain it to me - they buy fubu or nike or mercedes because everyone else does but then want a house that is very different from the nieghbors?!? Was told if the colors of the houses had been different maybe it would have been palatable.
