Tim, Well, I'm not that sure that Intel not spinning off flash and AMD adding to the Macronix suit are reasons for todays downwards move. Both these items were known days ago already. Besides that no flash spin off from Intel was exactly as expected and that business staying with Intel isn't necessarily bad for Spansion. Plus Spansion adding this particular claim to the Macronix suit isn't bad for Spansion at all, that is fafai can see. I can see down draft from AMD as a reason. Profit taking too. But the move is quite strong. As for oil prices and interest rate fears this can probably be of influence too as Spansion isn't in the green just yet. Regards, Rink
