I understand that O'Neill is on tape telling Nixon that he took his swiftboat into Cambodia. That makes him a liar, since he said that the swiftboats never got past Sa Dec as part of his accusation about Kerry not going to Cambodia.


The accusation was not that Kerry never went to Cambodia, but that he got no closer to Cambodia than Sa Dec at Christmas 1968, which was the date Kerry claimed.
