I don't care what the reason is, that's not the discussion. The question is, did it occur......the military says it did. Some very thorough investigations say it did, Murtha says he got his info from generals who say it occured, one of the marines confessed..... And yes, we know most of our marines are not cold blooded killers....but there are some that are, no matter the reason, it is not justified and is murder. If insanity were used as a defense, it would have to be shown that more than one went insane at the same time....the officers are responsible for the control of their troops...
