Hard to imagine that the White House would allow someone to search the Oval Office without first testing the warrant, and then having someone connected to the White House present during the search.

Of course. Perhaps I misunderstood your question. I thought you were asking for opinions on whether the FBI can search, not the particulars of the process.

If a search warrant, signed by an appropriate Judge, is issued, wouldn't that be enough to conduct a search to look for specific information related to a potential bribe situation?
