Here's something else that is odd - why would INTERNATIONAL PLASTICS INCORPORATED assign patents to an non-existent company, INTERNATIONAL PLASCTICS [sic] CORPORATION? Given the on-going lawsuits with Aztec involving US Patent Numb# 4,942,714, it's also odd that the law firm involved, KING AND SCHICKLI, would not have noticed this.
