It's interesting that one of their board members has experience in "materials reprocessing" (cough cough) in Mexico, with waste management and has done liason with unspecified US and Russian "corporations".

Christopher Moltisanti says it's a buy. How can you say no?

Absolutely, you did not hurt my feelings. Had a good laugh reg. the NJ connections.

USPR came up as a penny stock several months ago. Yes, I bought 100 shares to put it on my monitoring board----at 0.75 cents. When a stock is in front of me I can then see the technicals.
