At the very least, this fellow should be put into the dryer for 30 minutes. There is a tribe in the Amazon of South America which allows the family of the victims of any crime to mete out the punishment. And in this tribe there are very few crimes! I cannot help but wonder if our judicial system is not wholly inadequate for the sheer number and egregious nature of crimes in our so-called "civilized" society. Oftentimes I think that that tribe has the right idea.
