Well, I guess that if TD Ameritrade can liquidate your shares at any price that would go a long way to cover any shorting positions. Additionally, I find it very convenient that just at the time PLNI is getting there act together ... other groups in the market are doing there best to keep the stock from being openly traded. It amazes me that Friday's information never hit the wire services but they (the wire services) carry this kind of story which will only serve to put off prospective buyers of the stock. I think the unfair action against the open trading of this stock may be an indication of just how explosive it may trade once it gets on a roll.
