Rick...I never got anything from TDA !!! When I spoke with them at the time I moved my shares two weeks ago...they said that the restriction was indefinite...No mention of a deadline and certainly no letter or e-mail...This is BS...

At one point I was actually considering opening an account at TDA based on posters recommendations. I was actually going to transfer PLNI shares to TDA from another brokerage account. Now I am glad I procrastinated. JB

Have you ever heard of such? Talk about crazy. I saw the A/S increase, and thought that it was curtains for sure for PLNI. Then, they released the financials, so I starting thinking that perhaps PLNI is going to pull it off. And now that from TD Ameritrade. Why in the world would they do that? That seems a very extreme thing to do. Do they know something we do not? I don't own any PLNI anymore, but I am still tuned in to the drama. GodBless-ND cris
