Ameritrade has no information on this. I just spoke to them in the reorg department and they have no knowledge. Said they have had 50 calls on this....I have about 40% of my position with Ameritrade and never received an email or letter on this. It may be because I have multiple stocks in this account.

I have requested a written response before noon that this will not effect my account. I said it once...I'll say it again...TDCM is as short as they can be

would this plni news today and ameritrade liquidating their holdings have some thing to do with the supposed PLNI Buy Back Plan, does PLNI want the pps to stay real low for that
Buy Back (so send out pr to keep pps low), and does Ameritrade fear the buy back because it will then raise the pps, does this make sense?
