Lending practices should be the same all over.

If you want to lie about your income I could no doubt lend you
$3,000,000.00 <ng>

If you want to put zero down and use true income figure about $600,000. 50% debt ratio. Credit fine. Assets fine so no problem.

Of course with an interest only and fibbing on income we can go much higher. You are supposed to do the fibbing but that is where the future area of litigation comes in when and if loans begin to default.
