Okay-Howe did send out the PR and it was in reference to letters sent out to SOME plni ameritrade holders - not all. There will be a PR out shortly to explain everything. Still waiting on TDA's legal team to get back to me.

if a letter was sent in April, someone on this board would have received it or posted a copy of it at that point.
i know i didnt get one.

so basically there is no letter from TDA

so the finger is really pointing towards PLNI.

why would they post this news?
