I hope the guy wins. I am sure that right after a favorable decision you would see Kerry make a bundle and a half suing the swift boat veterans and he wouldn't even have to marry someone to get rich....

I've got a feeling this guy has a good case.
Moore was so insistent on categorizing his film as a documentary and now it will come back to bite him.
