I don't know why people are so fixated on the aircraft carrier thingie.

There's no peace in Iraq. There's also no peace in Kashmir, Indonesia, Palestine and about another dozen flashpoints where Islamists are killing civilians for religious reasons.

But the war against the Iraqi military was over.
