Did I read an earlier post [1] correct that QC K8L is sooner than DC K8L?

Yes/No. Hans posted Q2 on Ace's but the article he linked to does not state that, in fact, the box on the roadmap from that article shows QC K8L (Deerhound) centered on the 2007/2008 year-end boundary.

There is no DC K8L on any roadmap yet, perhaps that will change tomorrow.

June 1 looks like an unveiling of 65nm chips. MFG sample demo at least.

They'd better, if first production shipments are coming in Decemeber. Key question will be: will they reveal clockspeed and power usage of the sample, if they show one?
