The only memorable speech Powell made to the UN was the one which ruined his credibility and reputation, ie the "proof" of Iraq's WMD......and to remind you once, that was the reason for the invasion... Bush wouldn't allow one more vote in the UN and wouldn't allow the inspectors two more weeks of searching... "The mushroom cloud is imminent"!!!
