And anyway, the launch is at the left of the box, not the middle as Doug replied.

The left edge is at best in Q307. Other sources say "late 2007" for Deerhound.

notice that product launch for Intel 65nm is shown in January 2006.

That's a different chart, with the little red squares, for processes, not products. It doesn't prove anything about the other diagram. But even there, the very left edge of the AMD 65nm square is at the VERY end of Dec 2006, at best:

Plus non of it is written in stone. But, I think, it can go either way depending on market interpretation of it. I guess we'll find out by the end of the week
