Outsourcing capturing osama to the afghans paints a picture of an administration that had its sights on something other than capturing or killing the very man most responsible for planning and carrying out 911. At that time, what could have taken presidence over capturing and killing osama? They outsourced it because they were already staging resources around Iraq. Now I ask you, is that something an administration would do before they captured the bastard if they had the elimination or terror on there agenda??
