Well, your age is reflected in your wisdom. I agree with everything you said which takes us back to the beginning-lol. Still, as you know better than most, it is good to know when you don't know-lol.

Personally, I think it is the complexity and no one knows the answers, which makes it doubly important for the leaders of the world to go forward with caution.

Like you said the problems are huge evn if we were all working together and we are more divided than ever it seems.

This is a bit esoteric, but I think the root casue of all our problems is that we do not understand, nor could we face the reality, of how the human species mind works.

We humans have blind spots that seem impenetrable to science or logic. I truly think that will lead to our downfall.

As smart as dolphins are they cannot seem to understand how to jump over a simple cork line of tuna nets,, yet can do amazingly complex things otherwise.

Humans have the same problems I think.

george,

Great post. When you figure it out, I'll be listening.

A world of excesses creates imbalance.

My only real plan at the present is some gold, miners, and relatively low % of cash.

Good Trading

Thanks George, helps to hear your take on the overall situation.

I am a bit older but certainly not wiser. I know how to profit
from the markets, but not where a safe place to step aside lies.
