Kerry absolutely prosecuted Noriega, BCCI, Escobar, Iran-Contra and other international crime groups. He was the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Narcotics, Terrorism and International Crime and he was very aggressive. When I first talked to Kerry in the 80's we talked about how the Iran-Contra crew was getting in the way of the DEA's sting operations against Escobar. And Noriega and BCCI were two of the main laudromats for the money. It was all connected and Kerry was right on top of it. You should read your history.
