Because the prevailing theories you're expounding ARE INCOMPLETE until we understand just what level of impact phytoplankton depletion (for which there is significant RECENT evidence) has on the total analysis.

Hawk, you've already said you don't care whether phytoplankton is at historical lows or historical highs. You don't care. You're digging yourself into a deeper hole.

Let's find some common agreement and move on. Phytoplankton is a very interesting idea and has some real potential in addressing Global warming and CO2 reduction. Though there's considerable research that needs to be conducted.

I believe you've said that in one way or another.
