JOHN...that was what I came up with when the...BUYING...was first halted...someone I talked to said that someone with influence has a large short position based on the company's longstanding financial difficulties..(i first owned this back in the early 90's)....and they were shutting it down because the potential for success was lurking dangerously near....I leaned heavily at the TDA apex desk and I could sense an uncomfortableness from the agent talking to me which led me to believe this was something personal and not a problem with PLNI other than a pending RUN-TO-THE-BLACK-SIDE... and the agent knew what was up....I could just tell they were holding back..and I said so to them.....
