...I've always been meaning to ask you right wingers about this...why in the world should we pay taxes to IRS if we live and work elsewhere in the world and are not using the services of the empire? (ok you could argue we use very minor services via the consulate, but if you scale the taxes according to foreign service portion of governmental budget, it boils down to about nothing anyway).

Realistically, your best bet is to stock trade off a boat in international waters. I actually know of some who are doing that. You can always take a weekend trip to Fiji or wherever it is near you...and if you are smart and technically sophisticated, you can even telecommute to your boat while on an extended leave in Phuket.
