In my opinion it is definitely Fraud... Turek tried to imply he represented TDA? even if the letter is real it was way out of line to try and take responsibility for TDA. He gave specific instructions as what to do and what menu windows to draw down when on the TDA account web page... Its just UN friggen believable.. If I were TDA I would retaliate with Damages.. Turek should hire someone to control and manage his operating before he totally buries himself... If Pinksheets re-enstates his Quote page after this fiasco I would be shocked.. This one was a doosy for sure.. What was he thinking......................?
