Please tell me what the patent in question of jv ownership is for, a rebar chair ,bolster new idea on concrete widgets ?
The PLNI went thru a very long patent court battle and did well
recently ........ if were lucky this new concern thru a link is for the blood & money .......patents and molds recently written at over 20 plus million value !!!
next year I would expect 30 million value on patents and molds
alone +++++++ plus they got there own large shop 2 or 3 TOYO
production machines and SEMCO !!!!!

On January 3, 2005, the Company entered into an agreement to purchase certain assets of Promotional Containers, Inc. The terms of the agreement included a payment of $500,000 to be paid no later than May 31, 2006 as well as the issuance of 100,000,000 shares of non-convertible preferred stock. Promotional Containers, Inc. is owned by James N. Turek Sr., the Company’s president and majority shareholder
