It is good browsing, the leaves are high in protein (20%??). BTW, the entire point is to grow something NOT in the food chain. Things in the food chain end up realising the carbon in relatively short time spans. I want to sequester the carbon in timberframe houses. This is a much better approach than the carbon bond market for growing forests. The price that people will pay to have attractive carbon in their homes is MUCH higher.
