Rink, I think the following things were disappointing, but about what I expected:

65nm production parts MIA until EOY.
No QC demo.
No K8L demo.
No K8L parts until mid-2007 (and I would say that means Q3, IMO, and might slip to Q4).
No high-frequency 90nm parts mentioned for H206.
No extolling of the virtues of 65nm K8 vs. 90nm K8 (increased clock, lowered power, etc.)

I think the "4x4" idea is marketing fluff that will not help financially.

Good things were increased HT links on K8L, coprocessing progress, and the increased server share target.

But the most important things: K8L timing and 65nm timing were both bad, if not unexpected by some of us.
